Why I built this
"I watched a company I worked for fall apart from the inside. I don't let that happen to my clients."
Years ago I ran the client side of a company I worked for. It wasn't my company, and the money was never in my hands. When the owners closed it, there was nothing left to pay the team or finish the clients' work. My clients asked me to start my own company so they could stay with me, and my team wanted to come too. So we did.
That's where Cypress Media came from, and it's why Trometer & Co. exists. Great work isn't enough. The business needs operations you can see, media that builds trust, a way to sell that feels like you, and a client journey that doesn't leak.

What does Trometer & Co. do?
Trometer & Co. is a consulting firm for service business owners. I help with five things: operations (fractional COO work), media (through Cypress Media Productions), coaching, the client journey (with our partner) and AI safety (with Trocola and Fellowship Intelligence). A business needs more than that, so when you need something I don't do, I'll tell you straight and bring in the right people when I can.
What is a fractional COO?
A part-time chief operating officer. Instead of hiring a full-time executive, you get someone who steps in for a set scope, sorts out people, process, decisions and follow-through, and builds the habits that keep the business running without you in the middle of everything.
How is Trometer & Co. connected to Cypress Media Productions?
Cypress Media Productions is our media department. It produces shows, video and social for professionals who sell on trust, including our own shows: Built on Behavior, and Destructive Disrupter, which is coming soon.
Where are you based?
Southwest Florida. Coaching and client journey work happen online, so you can be anywhere. For operations, we'll talk through what makes sense on the first call.
